Texarkana Concrete Construction, Inc. began operations at Texarkana Construction Company, Inc. in 1990. In the years since, the company has developed a long list of loyal clients and performed countless concrete construction projects in the residential, municipal, commercial and industrial sectors.

In 2014, the company was bought by Troy Nipper and Ross Sarine signaling a new chapter in the company’s history. The new ownership is focused on quality control, customer relations and technology to further develop the company as a leader in the market.

Texarkana Concrete Construction, Inc. employs skilled, trained craftsmen to complete the most challenging projects with efficiency and accuracy. The company has American Concrete Institute (ACI) certified concrete finishers on each crew. American Concrete Institute (ACI) certification ensures awareness of industry standards, techniques and quality control requirements.

Technology & Reporting

Crew foremen manage daily logs, timecards, plans, specifications and other documents with electronic tablets for maximum accuracy, efficiency and uptime on each project. Reporting can be generated and provided to clients regarding safety meetings, tool box talks, daily huddles, training hours, daily productivities, etc.
